What is our order process time?
Generally, we try to have a ‘processing’ to ‘completed’ status on orders within 2 working days.
When do we post parcels?
Our dispatch days are Wednesday and Saturday. You can order any point up to midnight Tuesday or Friday for your parcel to be sent on the following dispatch day.
What are our postage options?
All of our parcels are sent 2nd class. “Large letter” parcels are delivered by Royal Mail within 2-3 working days. “Small parcels” are delivered by Royal Mail within 3-4 working days.
We will shortly be introducing recorded delivery to our postage options to provide customers with peace of mind when ordering!
What do we do with your contact details?
Nothing! That is the plain, simple truth. We will NEVER sell your details or pass them to a third party. We will only ever send you an email directly with offers or information on upcoming events or products we think you may be interested in.
Where do we store your payment details?
Simply put, we don’t! Our secure checkout service is exactly that, safe and secure. We have used a system that allows payments through two externally secure payment options – PayPal and Stripe. We at Thor’s Paws have no access, nor do we see, any of your card details.
Who owns Thor’s Paws?
Thor’s Paws is a small, home run business owned and operated by Sophie (and Thor!). Thor’s Paws runs alongside a full-time job in a grooming salon, so we see our fair share of dogs and their fur/skin issues which is why we try to keep our range simple and to the point. If we are sometimes slow in replying, please bear with us, we are likely at work making dogs look pretty and will check back in the evening and weekends.
Can you find us at any dog shows or events?
Absolutely. We try to get to as many shows as we can. If you know of a great dog show near you, please do let us know and we will try our best to get a stall – feel free to email us at info@thaws-paws.local with any dates an event information.
Are we insured?
Of cours! We have all the relevant business isnrunaces in place. This covers all aspects of our services being dog grooming, our products and for when we are exhibiting at shows and events.
